RYDE SAINTS 2 v 5 COWES SPORTS RESERVES
On the previous Saturday, Ryde Saints pulled off a surprise when they beat West Wight 3-0, so another tough away day was to be expected.
With the injury crisis at last beginning to improve, the side looked a little stronger than of late, but Ryde Saints led 1-0 at half-time, however a tremendous second half performance saw us score five goals while conceding just one more. Stuart McCarthy celebrated his return to the Club with a hat-trick, with one each from Callum Watkins and Ben Holdsworth.The three welcome points moved us away from the foot of the table.
